|This service is for registered City of Covina residents, (proof of residency required) age 60 and older, and City residents with a valid Access Services card.
Dial-a-Ride service offers travel within the City of Covina service area: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm (last call at 5:30pm), Monday through Friday; and, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (last call at 2:30pm) on Saturdays and Sundays. The service is not offered on selected holidays. Click on the link below to download the Riders' Guide that includes qualifications and eligibility for service.
Registered Users request service by calling 1 (877) 858-5556.
- Calls within the service area are 25 cents one way.
- Calls to medical appointments, up to three miles outside of the Covina city limits are $2.00 each way.
- Trips to and from Covina City Hall and the Joslyn Center are free.
- Trips to Kaiser Hospital in Baldwin Park, and City of Hope in Duarte, are $4.00 each way.

Bring required documentation (see Riders' Guide for details) to Covina City Hall, Public Information counter, Monday-Thursday, from 8 am - 5 pm.

Access Services is responsible for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandated paratransit transportation in Los Angeles County. Eligibility for Access Services is not based soley on a person's disability, age or medical diagnosis. Eligibility is based on a person's abilities. City of Covina residents that have a valid Access Services identification card are also eligible for the Covina Transit service.
