The Streets and Sewers Division is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy city by providing accessible streets; quality  maintenance of the city’s roadway infrastructure; efficient sanitary sewer maintenance; along with right-of-way litter and abandoned item removal.

Hours of operation: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  Closed every Friday.

For non-emergency service requests during non-business hours, please leave a message at (626) 384-5220. We will respond to you the next regular business day.

For emergency services during non-business hours, please call the Covina Police Department at (626) 384-5595. The Dispatcher will contact on-call staff to assist you.

 

Sewer Smart Tips For Protecting Your Home

Sewer Spills

If you see sewage overflow, a sewer backup, or a missing manhole cover, notify the Public Works Department IMMEDIATELY! Please call our main number at (626) 384-5220 during our normal business hours or the Police Department at (626) 384-5595 after hours.
