Smart Gardening Beginning Workshop

Beginning workshops provide hands-on instruction on backyard composting, worm composting, grasscycling, and waterwise and fire-wise gardening.

Covina City residents who attend the Smart Gardening Workshop will receive a voucher for a FREE compost bin and kitchen composter.

LA County will be selling worm compost bins for $65-including worms.

Operating hours for Covina City Hall are Monday - Thursday from 7 am - 6 pm.  City Hall is closed every Friday.
